In 2021 we built a unique multifunctional building in the centre of Sereď. With the reconstruction of the original bakery building we managed not only to value our investment but also to give a new face to the town of Sereď itself. As of 2024, the building is fully occupied and the operations of an eye clinic, an aesthetic medicine institute and a solar power company are up and running.
